Notes on the Vintage
Following on from the success of our 2017 brut, once again we lowered the dosage from the 10-12g of traditional champagne to 5.5g for our latest sparkling wine.
This vintage has a lovely rich straw colour and soft texture in the mouth on drinking. Tasting of citrus, green apples, stewed apples with honey. Finishing with a touch of rhubarb sourness.
